Free pressure washing estimate template
A pressure washing estimate should identify each surface, its measured area, the cleaning included and the total the customer will pay. This example covers a driveway and connected path on one visit. It separates the job from sealing or stain repair and gives the customer clear access and payment terms.
Example: driveway and path on one visit
The driveway and path are priced at $0.25 per sq ft, the hard-surface rate Dirt Busters and Squeegee Guys both publish.
Wash concrete driveway; ordinary surface dirt: 800 square feet × $0.25 = $200.
Wash connected concrete path: 120 square feet × $0.25 = $30.
Total before tax: $230. No deposit. Pay on completion after the agreed surfaces have been cleaned. Late fees: none.
Offer valid for 14 days. The maker below lets you edit the work, quantities, rates and terms.

How do you describe a pressure washing job clearly?
Put the service address beside the customer and business details, then name the driveway, path or patio on separate lines. Record dimensions or measured area and the surface material. The example’s rate is for concrete cleaning; replace it if your job involves a different method or condition.
Specify ordinary surface cleaning and name any treatment included. Add a note about areas that will remain untreated, such as adjacent painted timber or a section the customer has asked you to leave. Photographs help explain existing cracks, worn sealer and marks without turning the estimate into a promise to repair them.
Which pressure washing extras need a separate line?
Sealing, paver re-sanding, specialist stain treatment, furniture moving and roof cleaning should have their own agreed scope when you offer them. Do not list a service as included in the base line and bill for it again as an add-on. Make optional work visibly optional and leave it out of the accepted total.
This sample excludes sealing, joint-sand replacement and guaranteed removal of permanent discoloration. It assumes access to the driveway and path, with vehicles moved before arrival. State water and power arrangements, cleanup and how a weather delay will be handled. Those details prevent a simple wash from becoming an undefined outdoor cleanup.
What terms should you settle before starting?
Use an estimate reference, issue date and expiry date so both sides can identify the offer. The example’s fourteen-day validity and zero deposit are editable choices. Give a fixed total for the stated scope, show applicable tax, and confirm the customer’s acceptance before you book the work.
If the measured area or requested treatment changes, revise the quote and get agreement before continuing. Keep that accepted version for the invoice. Print the finished document or save a PDF; your existing scheduling and accounting tools can continue handling the appointment and payment record.
Frequently asked questions
Can I quote from driveway photos?
Photos can support an estimate when you have reliable dimensions and can see the full surface and access. Record any assumptions and confirm unclear areas before fixing the price.
Should I promise every stain will disappear?
Describe the treatment you will perform and distinguish cleaning from restoration. Existing etching, corrosion or failed coatings can remain after cleaning. Set that expectation in the scope, before the customer accepts.
How do I make a PDF of the quote?
Edit the sample, use Print, and choose Save as PDF in the browser. Review the surfaces, total, service address and customer details on the print preview.
