How were these pressure washing prices collected?

We read the price pages of 20 pressure washing companies in 11 states on October 15, 2026 and recorded each price as the company publishes it. A range counts at its midpoint and a “from” price at its starting figure. Every company here publishes concrete or driveway prices; only The Sureshine Company in San Diego publishes an hourly rate ($80 a worker-hour, one-hour minimum), and none publishes a house-wash price, so this page covers flatwork.

Driveway prices come in three shapes: a rate per square foot, a price per driveway size (SurfaceWorks ProWash, Pressure Wash Boss, Platinum Wash PDX) and a starting price confirmed on site. The table keeps per-foot and per-driveway prices apart so each median compares like with like.

What do companies charge per square foot for concrete?

The median is $0.25 a square foot across 8 companies. Pristine North, Byrd Can Clean, Dirt Busters and Squeegee Guys all publish exactly $0.25, and CARE’s $0.15–$0.35 in Fort Worth centers there too. SurfaceWorks ProWash is lowest at $0.19, for drives over 1,000 sq ft; Boggs Outdoor Services in West Virginia is highest at $0.40–$0.50 and up.

Bigger areas earn a lower rate. Squeegee Guys in Corona goes toward $0.20 a foot on large jobs, and SurfaceWorks only drops to $0.19 past 1,000 sq ft. Dirt Busters’ $0.25 includes sales tax, so compare it with your rate after tax, not before.

What does a driveway wash cost?

The median driveway wash is $200 across 11 companies, and the middle half charge $175–$215. Size ladders show how the price climbs: SurfaceWorks ProWash in Canton, Ohio, charges $119 for a single-car drive up to 400 sq ft, $145 for two cars and $189 for three; Pressure Wash Boss in Clermont, Florida, charges $100 up to 800 sq ft and $225 at about 2,000.

Each region has both ends. In Dallas–Fort Worth, Stegmeier lists $150–$300 and Cleanest Pressure Washing starts at $249. What is included moves the price more than the city: CARE and Pristine North include oil pretreatment, SurfaceWorks applies an algaecide, and Pressure Wash Boss includes the connected front walkway.

What minimum do pressure washing companies charge?

5 companies state one, from $100 (Pressure Wash Boss, Squeegee Guys) to $200 (Dirt Busters), with a median of $150; Pristine North and Boggs Outdoor Services both set $150. A minimum is the least any visit costs, however small the area.

At $0.25 a foot, a $150 minimum covers 600 sq ft, about a two-car driveway, so anything smaller is a minimum job. Quote a lone walkway or small patio at the minimum, or add it to a driveway on the same visit.

What do patios and add-ons cost?

Patios start at $149 at Bright Way Exterior Cleaning near Fort Worth and Alexus Pressure Washing in Atlanta, and Queen City Power Washing in Charlotte lists decks or patios at $150–$400. Cleanest Pressure Washing charges from $249 for a patio on its own visit and from $99 when it rides along with another booked service.

That $150 gap is the trip. Once the truck is parked and the hoses are out, a patio is mostly washing time, so an add-on price costs you little and gives the customer a reason to say yes to both.

How should you use these numbers to set your own price?

Start from your own per-foot rate and minimum, then check a two-car driveway against the median of $200. If you come in under $175, you are cheaper than about three quarters of these companies; check that pretreatment, surface-cleaner time and travel are paid for.

Then measure the job, put your rate and costs into the calculator on this page and send the result as a quote.

What does each company publish?

These are the prices behind the figures above, as each company words them, read on October 15, 2026. Up to five counted prices are shown per company, or its first three where none fits a line in the table; every full list is linked in the sources.

Which price pages were left out?

Several more pressure-washing pages were read and not counted: some mix market estimates with their own prices or repeat a national guide’s figures, one lists supplier recommendations rather than a price list, and the rest could not be loaded or had no readable price.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there no house washing price here?

None of these 20 companies publishes one; house washing is usually quoted after seeing the siding, stories and access. The pressure washing pricing guide has HomeGuide’s and Angi’s national house-wash ranges.

How do I price a driveway I have not measured?

Pace the length and width, multiply, and round up: a 20 by 36 foot two-car drive is 720 sq ft, or $180 at $0.25 a foot. Companies that price by size class, like SurfaceWorks ProWash, do the same arithmetic in steps.

Should a driveway price include the sidewalk?

Say so either way. Pressure Wash Boss includes the connected front walkway and CARE prices driveway, sidewalk and apron together at $149–$260, while Mister Pressure Wash lists a sidewalk separately at $100–$180.

How current are these prices?

All were read on October 15, 2026. Where a company showed an introductory offer, as Peninsula Pressure Pro did, its regular price is the one counted.
