Holiday house cleaning price list template
Holiday visits are priced like deep cleans, by the cleaner-hour or by home size; Kleen-It Maids in Dallas lists a deep clean of a three-bedroom, two-bath home at $260–$370 (checked October 2026). A holiday sheet needs three packages, each with what it includes: the clean before guests arrive, guest-room prep, and the cleanup after they leave. Add your minimum, the last booking date before each holiday, and what you quote only after seeing the home.

What packages belong on a holiday cleaning price list?
Three rows cover most holiday requests. The pre-guest clean takes the kitchen, bathrooms, living and dining rooms to deep-clean standard. Guest-room prep is dusting, vacuuming, the guest bathroom and the bed made up with the host’s linens. The after-party cleanup gets the bags out, the dishes done, the floors mopped and the kitchen back in order. Put the oven, fridge and laundry underneath as add-ons with their own prices.
How do you show holiday booking dates and any surcharge?
Print the dates: the last day you take bookings before Thanksgiving, the last before Christmas, and when after-party slots open. Dates do the selling, because a host who reads “booking closes” calls that week instead of the week of the party. If you charge more for the busiest days, show it as a flat amount beside those dates, never folded into the package price where it looks like your normal rate.
Should holiday cleaning prices be fixed or “From” prices?
Use “From” on every one-time holiday package and say what moves the price up: an extra bathroom, pets, a kitchen after a week of cooking, a home that isn’t on a regular schedule. Recurring customers can get a fixed holiday price, because you know the home and its condition. List the after-party cleanup as an hourly rate with a minimum; nobody can price that mess until someone has seen it.
A fixed price for a one-time holiday customer is a bet on a kitchen you haven’t seen, made in the one season when you can’t afford a job that runs over and pushes the next booking late. “From” with the reasons listed is honest, and it gives you the words for the phone call when the house turns out to need more.
Frequently asked questions
When should I send out holiday cleaning prices?
Before hosts start planning, which for Thanksgiving means well ahead of the week itself. Send the sheet to recurring customers first with their dates already offered, then post it publicly. Reprint it each year with the new dates; the packages may stay the same, but the calendar won’t.
Can I sell a cleaning as a holiday gift?
Yes, as one fixed package with a home-size limit, so the gift doesn’t turn into a deep clean of a much larger house. Price it at your one-time deep-clean rate, since the recipient’s home is one you haven’t seen. Check your state’s gift-certificate rules before you print an expiry date on it.
Should I offer a bundle for the clean before and the cleanup after?
Yes. Booking both visits in one call fills two of your busiest slots at once and saves you a second sales conversation. Price the bundle as the two visits added together, with a small saving if you like, since you’ll know the home by the second visit. Print both dates on the confirmation.
