Instructions and permitted use
- Choose A4 or US Letter. Fill in only details you know; blank areas are intended for handwriting.
- Print at actual size (100%), with browser headers and footers off. Check the 50 mm scale line before cutting.
- Cut around the solid outline, keeping both wings attached to the body.
- Make a shallow fold along the dashed body line, then open it to lift the wings.
- Use removable tape suitable for the surface. Keep paper away from flame and heat.
