Records, a little at a time · Day 4 of 7
Make one current copy easy to spot
You do not have to settle every stack. Start with one record you use.
- Choose one record whose current version you can identify.
- Note its title, the date shown on it, and where the current copy lives. Do not invent a date if none appears.
- Label an older copy for review if needed. Keep it until you know whether you need it.
Your notes are optional. Keep passwords and account numbers out of this worksheet.
