Make This Useful

Records, a little at a time · Day 1 of 7

Give your records a landing place

Ten minutes, one folder or box, and permission to leave the rest for later.

  1. Choose a place where you can gather papers you want to organize.
  2. Find up to three records you already have. Leave originals where they belong if moving them would be inconvenient.
  3. Write their locations below. Use ‘unknown’ for anything you still need to find.

Your notes are optional. Keep passwords and account numbers out of this worksheet.
